What do you get when you purchase a Turn-Key Datacentersm solution?

Each Turn-Key Datacentersm is a move-in ready facility with the power, cooling, fire suppression and security systems that you expect in a state of the art facility. From an operational standpoint, each Turn-Key facility features metered power to ensure that you pay only for the power that you use. You will also be provided with field-tested operational documentation for your datacenter. In the near future you will also be granted access to our Critical Facilities Managementsm software that enables you to track the performance of key components such as generators as well as, track events such as the performance of routing maintenance and trouble ticket status.

Does Digital Realty Trust offer "green" solutions?

Digital Realty Trust is committed to delivering energy efficient, green datacenter solutions. Each component within one of our facilities has been selected based on its ability to operate in the most energy efficient manner possible to minimize both energy costs and requirements. Every Digital Realty Trust datacenter is designed to meet LEED standards and the company is the first to have built a LEED Gold Certified datacenter.
